PURPOSE: Wet tissue and disposable absorbent articles including extract of Polygonum indigo and Dendropanax morbifera as an active ingredient are provided to have the antibacterical activity and ammonia gas adsorption, and to have an excellent effect on prevention and treatment of skin diseases including atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis and diaper eczema. CONSTITUTION: Wet tissue and disposable absorbent articles including extract of Polygonum indigo and Dendropanax morbifera as an active ingredient includes extract of at least one between Polygonum indigo and Dendropanax morbifera. In case of the mixing extract including both Polygonum indigo and Dendropanax morbifera, the extract extracted with mixing any one between Polygonum indigo and Dendropanax morbifera at 10-70 weight% compared to the other one.
