Red fluorescent protein fragment with self-assembling activity, method for preparing the same and method for analysis of protein interaction using the same

PURPOSE: A red fluorescence protein fragment with self-assembling ability and a method for preparing the same are provided to analyze protein function. CONSTITUTION: A red fluorescence protein fragment(mPlum 1 E16V) has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1. An expression vector contains a gene encoding mPlum 1 E16V. A host cell containing the expression vector is E.coli. A kit for detecting proteins contains mPlum 1 E16V. A method for preparing mPlum 1 E16V comprises: a step of connecting first beta-strain of red fluorescence protein(mPlum) to the 2nd to 11th beta-strain through a fluid peptide linker to prepare CpmPlum; a step of replacing 16th base(glumatic acid) with valineto prepare mutant(CpmPlum E16V); a step of separating the mutant into mPlum 2-11 fragment and mPlum 1 E16V fragment; and a step of self-assembling the fragments.
