<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifter capable of being mildly operated when a person who needs nursing care gets thereon, and capable of being quickly operated when a person does not get thereon. <P>SOLUTION: A control device 5 for controlling the number of revolutions of a hydraulic pump 41 in order to control an amount of an operation liquid supplied to an actuator 3 and controlling an opening of a proportional valve 42 performs at least: control for receiving an input of the ascending/descending speed of a lift plate 2 from a switch 6; control for rotating a motor M at the minimum number of revolutions at which torque can be generated after the switch 6 has received an operation for starting an ascending/descending motion; control for gradually changing the proportional valve 42 to a full-opened state from a full-closed state after the motor M is rotated at the minimum number of revolutions; and control for gradually increasing the number of revolutions of the motor M toward the target number of revolutions corresponding to the ascending/descending speed of the lift plate 2 which has been received from the switch 6 after the completion of the control to the proportional valve 42. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
