TOUCH SENSOR AND THE MANUFACTURING METHOD

PURPOSE: A touch sensor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture many touch substrates by coating a touch sensor with materials not requiring chemical reinforcement. CONSTITUTION: An electrode unit is formed on a side of a window substrate(110). A chemical reinforcement layer(111) is formed on the other side of the substrate. The electrode unit includes electrode patterns(140,170) formed on the side of the substrate and insulating layers(130,160) coating the electrode patterns. The insulating layer is formed with inorganic materials and the inorganic materials are formed of silicon alkoxide or silicon dioxide. The chemical reinforcement layer is formed on a top side or a bottom side of the window substrate.
