PURPOSE:To make the flow of material smooth and uniform by setting a plunger to be possible to travel forward and backward and to rotate under such a condition that a path for material is being set between the inner surface of a barrel and the outer surface of the plunger, by setting and connecting a material-supplying device under pressure at an inlet of the material set in the rear side of the barrel and by setting a mechanism for preventing a back current in a flow pass. CONSTITUTION:A plunger 24, whose outer diameter is smaller than the inner diameter of a barrel and which has a mechanism for preventing a back current consisting of a check ring 23 and a ball near the top edge, in the barrel 22 and a path for the material 70 is set between the inner surface of the barrel 22 and the outer surface of the plunger 24. A screw 29 for discharging the leaked material is set in the rear side of a cavity 25 of the plunger 24. While the plunger 24 is being placed at the utmost front end and being rotated, a material is loaded in a stuffer 27 and is pressed down by means of a stuffer plunger 30. The material thereby passes through the outer surface part of the plunger 24 and successively stored in the barrel 22. By controlling the oil pressure in the side room of the rod end of the injection cylinder 72, a back pressure can be applied on the material. A known resin material in the plunger 24 can be homogenized by rotating the plunger. |
