An inverter 6 with a switch function is switchable in connecting the batteries 3, 4 to the drive system 2 and discharging electricity, or in connecting the batteries 3, 4 to the non-contact power transmission/reception part 5 and charging electricity at each battery. Detection parts 3A, 4A detect residual amounts of the batteries 3, 4.
