Disclosed are a port mapping, precoding matrix and modulation coding manner selection method and device. The port mapping method includes: the terminal side determining the mapping relationship between a CSI-RS port of each CSI-RS resource and each CSI-RS port of an aggregated CSI-RS resource; and the terminal side mapping the CSI-RS port of each CSI-RS resource according to the mapping relationship. The present invention can be employed to solve the problem of how the antenna ports contained in a plurality of configured CSI-RS resources are mapped to a plurality of antenna ports of an aggregated CSI-RS resource.
