PURPOSE: A multi-function optical film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to limit a viewing angle and implement a polarization function by forming linear patterns between a base film and a transparent function layer. CONSTITUTION: A multi-function optical film includes a base film(110), multiple linear patterns(120), and a function layer(130). The base film is formed with a transparent polymer. Multiple linear patterns are protruded from one side of the base film. Multiple linear patterns are arranged to be parallel and be separated from each other at a fixed interval. The function layer is formed on one side of the base film in order to cover the linear patterns and forms an anti-reflection or an anti-fouling projection pattern(130a).
