PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lip driving part for T-dies which can more accurately adjust the clearance between lips. SOLUTION: In the lip driving part for T-dies, since the outside diameter of a bellows 16 is larger than the width of a torque arm 11, the torque arm 11 of an actuator 4 can be rotated by a small amount of compressed air or low-pressure compressed air so that a transmission load on a flexible lip part is enlarged. Moreover, since the arrangements of bellows 16 in the longitudinal direction of the torque arm 11 are mutually shifted to adjacent actuators 4 (4A and 4B) out of a plurality of actuators 4 installed in parallel with the flexible lip part, the adjacent actuators 4 can be arranged closely to each other without interfering between the bellows.
