A method for project risk management consists in that risk of project performance violation is assessed by means of fuzzy logic, required time reserves are determined, and decisions are made on the implementation of corrective actions. Project development simulation models selected by experts are additionally introduced, and expert appraisements are used as criteria when assessing violation risks. For each model expert appraisements by means of fuzzy inference method are developed into the degree of project risk according to which time reserves are determined by means of Taguchi loss function, and project development simulation model and list of corrective actions are selected on the basis of time reserves. |
