<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottle with a cup enabling a patient to correctly and easily measure an internal medicine to take it. <P>SOLUTION: The bottle 1 with a cup includes: a cup 10 enabling a patient to see an internal medicine contained in the inside through the sidewall of the cup from the outside; and a bottle 20 enabling the patient to see the internal medicine contained in the inside through the sidewall of the bottle from the outside and having a dispensing cap attached thereon. The bottle 20 is made of a resin, and has a bottle sidewall capable of being flexurally deformed by push pressure of a finger. The cup 10 can be detachably attached on the bottle 20 so as to cover the dispensing cap. A protrusion formed on the bottom of the cup 10 hermetically seals the nozzle opening of the dispensing cap 21 with the cup 10 attached on the bottle 20, and a protrusion formed on the bottom of the cup 10 releases the nozzle opening of the dispensing cap with the cup 10 separated from the bottle 20.
