摘要 PURPOSE: A multi porous bioactive spherical particle manufactured by using chitosan as a template is provided to be used in various fields such as a medicine transfer system or a reinforcement purpose of a biodegradable polymer, etc. as the particle has porosity. CONSTITUTION: A production method of a multi porous bioactive spherical particle includes the production of bioactive glass sol mixed with a chitosan solution and bioactive glass, and a process of making the bioactive glass sol into gel before treating with heat. The chitosan solution further includes acetic acid. The pH of the chitosan solution is 2-3. The bioactive glass includes a mixture of tetraethyl orthosilicate, triethylphosphate, and calcium nitrate. A mole fraction of a silicon oxide, a calcium oxide, and phosphorus pentoxide in the bioactive glass sol is 60:25:15 to 60:39:1. A gelation process is performed for 6-10 hours at a range of 50-70 deg. C.
