<p>PURPOSE: A sewer pipe cleaning device compulsorily removing sewage and sewer branch pipes protruded to the inside of a sewer pipe by the rotation of a cutter is provided to clean sewage protruded to the inside of a sewer pipe, thereby preventing the blockage or congestion of the sewage in the sewer pipe.
