<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support future response instruction formulation in an emergency situation such as a disaster on the basis of fragmental information. <P>SOLUTION: A device 1 for supporting emergency response instruction formulation according to the present invention that is connectable from a client terminal of a user via a network includes: an operation flow storage part 11 for storing operation units formed by documenting processing procedures of emergency responses, and an operation flow representing transition relations between the operation units; an operation know-how storage part 12 for storing operation know-how formed by documenting past response cases in emergency situations; an event trigger determination part 22 for determining necessity of an emergency response by external input information; an operation unit retrieval part 23 for, when the emergency response is necessary, retrieving an operation unit relating to the external input information; and an operation know-how retrieval part 24 for retrieving operation know-how relating to the emergency response on the basis of the retrieved operation unit and presenting it to the user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
