<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process cartridge having both excellent fixability and fastening resistance and capable of forming an excellent image, even if a diameter of a development roller and a diameter of a feed roller are set to be a small diameter of 12 mm or smaller. <P>SOLUTION: A process cartridge includes at least: a latent image carrier; electrostatic latent image formation means; developing means having a development roller that performs developing through supplying a toner to an electrostatic latent image and a feed roller that supplies the toner to the development roller; and transfer means. Each of a diameter R (mm) of the development roller and a diameter R' (mm) of the feed roller is 12 mm or smaller. The toner includes at least a resin, a wax, and a coloring agent. A melting point of the wax is 75°C or lower. A surface wax exposure of the toner is 10 mg/g-30 mg/g. A torque T (mNm) at a space ratio 58% measured by a torque measurement method using a conical rotor of the toner satisfies the following expression 20/R<T<27/R. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
