<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve superior flatness without peeling or curling in a laminated sheet, even when the laminated sheet is manufactured by laminating resin films, particularly thick general-purpose resin films, with a dry laminating adhesive. <P>SOLUTION: A laminated film 44 is formed by laminating conveyed belt-shaped first and second general-purpose resin films 12A, 12B together with a dry laminating adhesive 12C using a lamination device 42. When the laminated film 44 is to be cut into a laminated sheet A of a predetermined size using a cutting device 52, the first and second general-purpose resin films 12A, 12B are nipped between a pair of laminating rollers 42A, 42B in a room temperature state, the laminated 44 film is cut into a predetermined size before the end of a curing reaction of the dry laminating adhesive 12C in the laminated film 44, and the curing reaction ends in such a state that the cut laminated sheet A is placed stationary on a flat surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
