The troubleshooting and energy absorbing device is provided with a troubleshooting beam (6) and a buffer crossbeam (15) that are arranged in opposite directions; an energy absorbing tube assembly is fixedly connected between the troubleshooting beam (6) and the buffer crossbeam (15) and is provided with an energy absorbing tube (9); one end of the energy absorbing tube (9) is fixedly connected to a mounting seat (8), and a crushing support (13) is penetratingly mounted at the other end of the energy absorbing tube (9). The crushing support (13) is provided with a reducing through hole; a crushing protruded portion (20) is arranged in the reducing through hole. A recess portion (21) matched with the crushing protruded portion (20) is arranged at an end portion, penetrating into the crushing support (13), of the energy absorbing tube (9); the mounting seat (8) is fixedly connected to the troubleshooting beam (6); the crushing support (13) is fixedly connected to the buffer crossbeam (15). Due to the arrangement of the energy absorbing tube assembly, when the troubleshooting and energy absorbing device collides with an obstacle and produces high impact, the energy absorbing tube (9) of the energy absorbing tube assembly can absorb a great deal of impact energy by generating crushing deformation, so as to reduce the impact on a car body, thereby guaranteeing the stability and the safety of the car in running.
