PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a solar cell is provided to simplify a process by reducing the number of scribe processes. CONSTITUTION: A lower electrode layer(200) is formed on a substrate(100). A first scribe area(S1) is formed by scribing one side of the lower electrode layer. A first thin film layer and a second thin film layer are formed on the lower electrode layer including the first scribe area. A light absorption layer(300) is formed by reacting the first thin film layer with the second film layer by implementing a heat treatment process. An alloy film(500) is formed between the light absorption layer and the lower electrode layer. |
