<p>The present invention relates to compositions for protecting crops of useful plants from the harmful effects of certain sulphonanilide derivative herbicides as well as methods for protecting crops of useful plants from the harmful effects of these herbicides and methods for combating weeds in crops of useful plants. The sulfonanilide derivative of formula (I) is mixed with a safener selected from from the group consisting of AD 67 (MON 4660), benoxacor, cloquintocet-mexyl, cyometrinil, the corresponding (Z) isomer of cyometrinil, cyprosulfamide, dichlormid, dicyclonon, dietholate, fenchlorazole-ethyl, fenclorim, flurazole, fluxofenim, furilazole, the corresponding R isomer of furilazole, isoxadifen-ethyl, mefenpyr-diethyl, mephenate, oxabetrinil, naphthalic anhydride, TI-35, N-isopropyl-4-(2-methoxy-benzoylsulfamoyl)-benzamide (CAS RN 221668-34-40 4) and N-(2-methoxybenzoyl)-4-[(methylaminocarbonyl)amino]benzenesulfonamide.</p> |
