PURPOSE: A smart phone and a system for transmitting real-time image content by using an application of the smart phone are provided to facilitate a bidirectional commercial service corresponding to a consumer request of content manufacturing or generation of content. CONSTITUTION: An image content service server relays the transmitting and receiving of content by connecting an application of a smart phone in real time. When image content information is received from an application of the smart phone, an image content information registration unit(310) stores the image content information in a content information database(311). When an inquiry of the image content information is requested from the application of the smart phone, an image content information providing unit(320) provides the image content information.
