<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting element of high efficiency and high luminance, having a stable light output. <P>SOLUTION: An organic light-emitting element (white organic light-emitting element 1) comprises: a positive electrode 10 and a negative electrode 16; and an organic compound layer which is sandwiched between the positive electrode 10 and the negative electrode 16 and contains at least light-emitting layers (a blue light-emitting layer 15b, a green light-emitting layer 15g, and a red light-emitting layer 15r), wherein the light-emitting layer contains a copper complex shown by a general formula (1) below. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
