<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid jetting head which is small in size, achieves reduction of cost and is improved in absorption efficiency of pressure variation of a pressure generating chamber or the like. <P>SOLUTION: Since a reservoir part 32 is formed also on a through-hole 33, the area of a sealing film 41 of a compliance substrate 40 is kept large, consequently, the absorption efficiency of the pressure variation is improved. A part of the reservoir part 32 is formed also on a through-hole 33 in a direction where a flow path forming substrate 10, a protective substrate 30 and a reservoir forming substrate 35 are piled up. Consequently, such an inkjet type recording head 1 is obtained, which is small in size and suppresses an increase in cost in comparison with a case where the reservoir part 32 is formed by broadening the substrates while keeping away from the through-hole 33. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
