PURPOSE: A method for controlling the ventilation for buildings on the basis of humidity and enthalpy is provided to save energy used for the buildings by preventing unnecessary ventilation. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling the ventilation for buildings on the basis of humidity and enthalpy comprises following steps. Indoor temperature and humidity: outdoor temperature and humidity are measured by indoor temperature and humidity sensors and outdoor temperature and humidity sensors(S100). Indoor enthalpy and outdoor enthalpy are calculated using the measured indoor temperature and humidity and outdoor temperature and humidity(S200). An amenity range is set(S300). The enthalpy of the amenity range is calculated(S400). The amount of ventilation from the indoor enthalpy to the enthalpy of the amenity range is calculated(S500). The ventilation device is operated in order to reach the calculated amount of ventilation(S600).
