摘要 PURPOSE: A cell line transformed with a recombinant vector for measuring Wnt protein activity is provided to effectively detect a material relating to the Wnt protein activity, and to develop therapeutic agents for treating osteoporosis and bone metabolic disorder. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant vector for measuring Wnt protein activity contains a Tcf(T cell factor) binding site. The recombinant vector sequentially contains the Tcf binding site, TA viral promoter, luciferase reporter gene, and neomycin resistant gene from 5` to 3`. The recombinant vector has 8 copies of Tcf binding sites. A cell line transformed by the recombinant is a Chinese hamster ovary(CHO) cell. A method for screening a material relating to Wnt protein activity comprises: a step of culturing the transformed cell line in a well plate; a step of adding a sample to be test into each well and culturing; and a step of measuring luciferase activity. The material is compound 1 or 2.
