The structure has a frame mounted on a prefabricated floor module (10). The prefabricated floor module includes an outer frame (101) and an inner frame (102) formed by joists (1021, 1021A, 1021B) for supporting a floor, where the outer frame and the joists are formed of a weighting material i.e. steel forming the structure. The floor includes a decorative trim part and/or an anti-slip part. A pole is pivotally mounted on the prefabricated floor module, where the floor module carries a support plate for supporting the pole.
