<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent paint or the like, which generates fluorescence of high brightness. <P>SOLUTION: The fluorescent paint includes a mixture of a phosphor powder 220, a glass powder, a polymer binder, and a solvent. Further, in the fluorescent ceramic, after the fluorescent paint is applied to a substrate 100, a drying process, a binder-removing process and a sintering process are carried out, by which a fluorescent glass layer 200 of a special pattern is formed on the substrate 100. Further, the fluorescent glass 400 is manufactured by adding a phosphor powder 220 into a glass material in a melt state to process it into a special shape in a cooling process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
