<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new composition for treatment of metastatic solid tumor and effective for inhibiting migration of cancer cells and resultant tumor progression. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of formula (I) (in the formula, m and n are each 1 or 2; A is pyrrolyl; X is C(O), S(O) or SO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>; R<SB POS="POST">1</SB>and R<SB POS="POST">2</SB>are each alkyl or, together with nitrogen atom carrying the groups, form a heterocyclic group; R<SB POS="POST">3</SB>and R<SB POS="POST">4</SB>, together with atoms carrying the groups, form a heterocyclic group; R<SB POS="POST">5</SB>is a hydrogen atom or alkyl; and R<SB POS="POST">6</SB>is a hydrogen atom or halogen atom). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
