BOOTSTRAP DRIVE CIRCUIT WITHOUT EXTRA POWER SUPPLY

A bootstrap drive circuit without an extra power supply, comprising a power unit (1), a switch unit (2), a bootstrap unit (3) and a drive unit (4); the power unit (1) is used to output DC voltage; the switch unit (2) is connected to the power unit (1), and is used to control the power on and off to the power unit (1); the bootstrap unit (3) is connected to the switch unit (2), and is used to provide driving electric energy and output a driving power; the bootstrap unit (3) comprises an energy storage capacitor (C3); the drive unit (4) is connected to the bootstrap unit (3), and is used to output a control signal under the drive of the driving power. According to the charging and discharging of the energy storage capacitor (C3),the bootstrap drive circuit completes the bootstrap driving process without an extra power supply, and overcomes the defect of the extra power supply requirement of general drive units, thus reducing power consumption, satisfying circuit requirements, while being suitable for occasions where a three-phase AC-DC transformer requires drive control.
