PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an ABS sheet is provided to improve weatherability of an ABS resin by adding acryl rubber, EMA, and activators, and to improve productivity using a calender process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an ABS sheet using a calender process comprises a step of adding 15-40 parts by weight of an acryl rubber, 2-20 parts by weight of an ethylene and methyl acrylate, and 0.1-1.5 parts by weight of an activator to 100.0 parts by weight of an ABS resin. The activator is one selected from montan wax, montan ester wax, olefin-based wax, and amide-based wax. The thickness of the ABS resin is 0.1-0.3 mm.
