PURPOSE: A refrigerator with an oxygen generating water tank is provided to extend a storing period of water stored in the water tank and to supply clean water without contamination to a dispenser or an ice making machine thereby. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerator with an oxygen generating water tank comprises a water tank(160) and an oxygen generator(170). The oxygen generator supplies oxygen to water stored in the water tank. The water tank includes a water level sensor(180) and a control unit(190). The control unit selectively controls the operating of the oxygen generator according to the water level sensed by the water level sensor.
