PURPOSE: An acceleration pedal device for a vehicle is provided to allow a driver to maintain fixed pedal efforts regardless of a position of a control unit of an acceleration pedal by applying a dual pedal which is integrally formed with a dual acceleration pedal. CONSTITUTION: An acceleration pedal device for a vehicle comprises a main pedal arm, a sub pedal arm, a main pad(30), and a sub pad(40). One side of the main pedal arm is rotatably mounted on a pedal arm bracket(3) mounted on a dash panel of the vehicle. The sub pedal arm is integrally extended at the upper part of the main pedal arm. The main pad is connected to a pad bracket(5) mounted on a floor panel of the vehicle and is rotatably mounted on the other side of the main pedal arm. The sub pad is rotatably mounted on the sub pedal arm and is connected to the main pad through a pin member(7). |
