<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device configured to improve efficiency of checking whether pattern image data has been properly transmitted or not, at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: When a storage part 402 stores pattern image data, an interface part 401 receives the pattern image data, the storage part 402 stores the received pattern image data, a read part 404 reads the pattern image data from the storage part 402, a dot counting part 405 counts the number of dots of the read image data, and a determination part 407 determines whether the pattern image data has been properly transmitted or not, in pattern image storage processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
