<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage an amount in hand of currency within a financial institution including teller's amount in hand of currency. <P>SOLUTION: A currency processing system comprises: a currency processing device which validates, counts, and receives currency in accordance with teller's or cashier's money receiving operation and pays currency in accordance his or her paying operation; an input device for input of user identification information identifying a teller or a cashier operating the currency processing device; and a management device which is connected to the currency processing device and the input device and manages correspondence between the teller and the cashier and user identification information, an amount in hand of currency managed by the teller, and an amount in hand of currency managed by the cashier. When recognizing it in accordance with user identification information inputted to the input device that the teller has executed a money receiving operation by using the currency processing device, the management device updates the amount in hand of currency managed by the cashier on the basis of amount information of currency received by the currency processing device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
