<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio base station, a radio terminal, and radio communication system that are capable of preventing, at a radio terminal, interference between signals of control channels from a plurality of radio base stations. <P>SOLUTION: A GPS module 20 detects a position of an own device. A position information extraction part 24 extracts information indicative of a position of a first radio base station contained in a control channel from the first radio base station. A distance calculation part 22 calculates a distance between the first radio base station and the own device from information indicative of the position of the own device and the information indicative of the position of the first radio base station. A transmission power control information generation part 21 generates information for controlling transmission power of the control channel of the first radio base station when the calculated distance exceeds a predetermined distance.
