PURPOSE: A method for producing biodiesel is provided to ensure high conversion rate and to produce a large amount of biodiesel using a small amount of lipase. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing biodiesel using oils and fats and alcohol comprises: a step of sending a first substrate and water in a first storage container(10) to a first reactor(20) containing first lipase and producing a preliminary biodiesel product; a step of recirculating the preliminary biodiesel product between the first reactor and first storage container; and a step of sending a second substrate, water, and preliminary product in a second storage container to a second reactor(40) containing second lipase and producing biodiesel. The first and second lipases are coimmobilized lipase. |
