<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminous keyboard with enhanced light utilization efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A luminous keyboard includes: a light emitting element; a thin film circuit substrate; a key base plate; and a plurality of keys. The thin film circuit substrate includes an upper layer plate and a lower layer plate, the lower layer plate and the upper layer plate have a first circuit pattern and a second circuit pattern which form a plurality of thin film switches, respectively, and the lower layer plate further includes a plurality of thin films for increasing the light guiding efficacy of the lower layer plate.
