<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure security without spoiling convenience to a user nor burdening an administrator when actualizing a wireless LAN environment using an IP broadcast network laid in a facility yard. <P>SOLUTION: A local Internet construction system includes a plurality of set top box (STB) 15, ..., which are installed through a local broadcast network 11 and to which television receivers 16 are connected respectively; a plurality of wireless LAN routers 17 for which cipher key information can be set; and a VOD server 13 which sets cipher key information for an arbitrary wireless LAN router 17 through the local broadcast network 11, accepts a request to use the wireless LAN router 17 from an STB 15, and transmits display data indicating the cipher key information set for the corresponding wireless LAN router 17 to the STB 15 of the accepted request so that the display data is displayed by the television receiver 16 connected to the STB 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
