A process for utilization of waste water of production of 2-naphthol is carried out by preliminary removal from them organic and different mineral salts with further concentration, crystallization, separation, evaporation, drying and sulphuration in mild conditions. Organic compounds of naphthalene series are removed from waste water from stages of alkaline fusion and extraction by means of: increasing of concentration of organic phase by evaporation with further utilization of sulfur-containing mineral inorganic salts (sulphite, bisulphate, sulphate and sodium thiosulphate) from waste water, by treatment with sulphuric acid in quantity, equal to equimolar content of sodium hydroxide with further anion exchange at raised temperature with the help of polyfunctional anion resin based on copolymer of polyethylenepolyamine with epichlorohydrin in hydroxyl, sulphite or sulphate form, containing secondary or tertiary amino groups and group of quaternary ammonium basis, by saturation with sulphur dioxide, evaporation with further regeneration of anion resin by aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide or ammonium hydroxide in stoichiometric number. |
