<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose an electric blower capable of restraining reverse flow of air that is directed from the discharging side of a centrifugal fan to the sucking side thereof through a gap that separates the centrifugal fan from a fan cover, by utilizing a relative rotational motion between the centrifugal fan and a fan case, thus capable of further suppressing the lowering of an sucking capability. <P>SOLUTION: The electric blower 1 comprises: the centrifugal fan 6; the fan cover 17 that covers the centrifugal fan 6 with the gap 12 in between while having a second sucking port 16 that guides air into the centrifugal fan 6; and a seal rib 13 that is located at the gap 12 while extending to radial direction with respect to the rotational center line C of the centrifugal fan 6, as is curved in the circumferential direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
