PURPOSE: A hoist device and a hoist transfer system with the same are provided to horizontally load objects because a cart unit connected to a carrier unit directly enters a port. CONSTITUTION: A hoist device(10) comprises a driving unit(60), a carrier unit, and a cart unit. The driving unit drives along a rail. The carrier unit is movably coupled to the driving unit. The cart unit is movably coupled to the carrier unit. The cart unit comprises a body part on which objects are placed; and a driving part with a power source for driving the body part.
