<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feed extruder which can make amount of rubber ejected from an extrusion opening of an extruder body constant, and thereby making conveyance speed of a take out conveyer constant and which causes no defects such as shrink or waving of the rubber, and to provide a feed extrusion method. <P>SOLUTION: The feed extruder includes; the extruder body for extruding the rubber form the extrusion opening by means of a screw; a meter which is provided upstream from a hopper of the extruder body and measures the weight of a rubber material charged into the hopper; and a controller for controlling the number of revolutions of the screw of the extruder body. The controller is configured in such a way that the ejection amount of the rubber ejected from the extrusion opening is made constant by controlling the number of revolutions of the screw based on the measured value of the rubber material measured by the meter.
