<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that, while, for automatic doors, normally the one to be automatically opened and closed using power and a door closer to be manually opened and automatically closed using energy stored when opening the door are well-known, the power is needed or it is needed to simultaneously store energy for closing the door and energy for resistance for closing the door at an appropriate speed when opening the door, it is needed to apply transient excess loads since the door is stopped in the middle and a function is not satisfied when power storage setting is excessively small, and it is not gentle to an environment or a user. <P>SOLUTION: By tramping a mat 33 which is means for fetching kinetic energy without using power, a piston 223 provided with one rack 227 built-in the mat 33 and a piston 207 provided with a rack 229 installed on the other are connected by gears 230 and 231.
