<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic inspection method and an ultrasonic inspection device which enlarge an inspectable region in a simple way without covering an inspection surface with a waveguide material, in an ultrasonic inspection of an inspection object having a shape in which convex and concave are regularly arranged. <P>SOLUTION: A control portion 103 includes: a switch control circuit 103B that selects a vibration element to be used, in accordance with a combination of vibration elements of an ultrasonic probe; a delay control circuit 103C that delays a timing of transmitting an ultrasonic from the vibration element to be used, in accordance with the combination of vibration elements of the ultrasonic probe; and an addition part 103D that performs addition processing on a signal obtained from a receiving portion.
