<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of improving the problem of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor device includes: a semiconductor substrate 10 that has a first primary surface and a second primary surface; a sensor part 31 that is formed on the first primary surface and converts incident light into an electrical signal; a logic circuit 12 that is formed on the first primary surface; a shield layer 14 that is formed on the sensor part 31 and the logic circuit 12 and blocks an electromagnetic wave: a color filter 37 that is disposed on the second primary surface; and a micro filter 38 that is disposed on the color filter 37. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
