The protrusion sections (3) are composed of a first group of protrusions (4) that are disposed in the radial direction with prescribed gaps (21) therebetween, and a second group of protrusions (5) that are disposed in the radial direction with prescribed gaps (22) therebetween and have diameters different from those of the first group of protrusions (4). Further, the first group of protrusions (4) and the second group of protrusions (5) are disposed alternately in the circumference direction, and the conductor wire (1) is inserted in the circumference direction between the first group of protrusions (4) and the second group of protrusions (5).</p>
