<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element module having a waterproof function and a surface light source device using the optical element module. <P>SOLUTION: An optical element module includes: a plate like substrate 100; an optical element 200 coupled to an upper surface of the substrate; a housing 300 which couples to the upper surface of the substrate, houses the optical element, and forms an internal space with the substrate; a light control part 400 which couples to an upper surface of the housing and controls the emission of light generated from the optical element; and a waterproof member 500 included in a second internal space of the internal space divided into a first internal space which is located close to the optical element and the second internal space which is located far from the optical element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
