<p>The device (10) has a fixing part (18) including a portion (20) provided with a leg for forming a loop. The leg comprises two ends (24, 26), and another portion (28) of the fixed part is provided with a cavity leading to an end (14) of a body (11). The cavity communicates with a traverse opening (13) of a threaded connection tube (16). One of the ends of the leg is fixed at the latter portion, and the other end freely extends along length of the tube. The cavity is off-set radially relative to a longitudinal axis (A) of the body.
