PURPOSE: A cooperative communication method in a wireless network, and a device thereof are provided to increase the transmission number of a second user source node by improving the performance of the whole network in a CRN(Cognitive Radio Network) environment. CONSTITUTION: A channel obtaining unit obtains an available channel and a channel for directly transmitting data. A data transmission unit(840) exchanges a cooperative communication frame with a second user relay node. The data transmission unit transmits data directly or through cooperative communications. The channel obtaining unit includes an available channel obtaining unit(810) and a channel obtaining unit(820) for directly transmitting the data. The available channel obtaining unit obtains an available channel by sensing a sub-carrier wave. The channel obtaining unit for directly transmitting the data obtains a channel for directly transmitting data in the available channel.
