PURPOSE: A card payment method through a card reader and a card copy prevention method in a safety payment system using a cellular phone are provided to extend the usage of a mobile card by solving the difficulty in issuing the mobile card, by performing payment approval from a card company and a financial company via the safety payment system using the cellular phone automatically when a purchaser pays using the connected card reader for the payment with a card of the purchaser. CONSTITUTION: Information of a cellular phone(20) and a card are stored in a safety payment system(10) through the cellular phone of a purchaser. A seller payment receiving terminal(40) performs member store registration in the safety payment system, and checks the payment approval request result of the card through the safety payment system. A server(30) of a card company and a financial company approves the payment so that the payment money is paid to the purchaser possessing the purchaser payment receiving terminal when the payment approval is requested through the safety payment system. A card reader(15) is connected to the purchaser payment receiving terminal and reads the information of a card(16) installed in the card(17).
