PRECAST CONCRETE FOR MEMBER OF FRAMEWORK WITH NONE SLEEVE

PURPOSE: A non-sleeve PC member for a structure is provided to reduce production costs for a PC member by removing a conventional casting sleeve. CONSTITUTION: A non-sleeve PC member(100) for a structure comprises a plurality of sleeve assembling grooves(110). The inner circumference of the assembling groove is selectively joined to a PS steel wire, a PS steel rod, or a reinforcement bar(160) for embedding. The PS steel wire, the PS steel rod, and the reinforcement bar are joined to a spiral bar(120) on an internal line. The assembling groove is formed with an injection groove(140) and a discharge groove(150) for filling grout(130). The assembling groove is internally formed with a joint bar(11). The top end of the joint bar is partially embedded in the PC member. The bottom end of the joint bar partially protrudes to the inside of the assembling groove for being filled with the grout.
